Collaborating with end users

Going south to the Marlborough Sounds, ACP is collaborating with ZIP (Zero Invasive Predators) on their ground-breaking research into the use of virtual fences in a ‘remove and defend’ strategy to control pests.  Working at Bottle Rock peninsula in the Sounds, ZIP’s Al Bramley is studying animal movement using a non-toxic bait product containing a bio-marker, purpose built by ACP.  Used alongside short lines of traps and ground-based toxins, the bait is being distributed aerially and tested over three months to track animal movements.  Read more about ZIP >>
